The GPU is physically spotless and is in good condition and even boots up to Windows 11, and apps like Google Chrome and Discord and most games like Dark Souls Remastered will run fine.
However, when running a stress test like using Furmark, or the Monster Hunter Wilds Benchmark, it displays artifacting as pictured in the fourth photo. This will freeze the system, and occurs on multiple NVIDIA driver releases. After a minute or so, the system will restart and boot up as normal.
I don't have the means to repair the GPU so I just bought a new one. However, it still works somewhat if you throttle the power limit and clock speeds all the way in MSI Afterburner.
