This laptop has been tested with a upgraded ssd, ram, and wifi card. Specifics: +16 GB 5600mhz RAM (by Corsair) (stock 16GB) +2TB SSD (by Crucial) (stock 512GB) Upgraded wifi range and speed (Intel AX210 wifi card)

Damages customers need to be aware of:

1: Discolored plastic underneath the palm rest area of the keyboard deck.

Reason:

We like to keep our laptops clean. But overtime, sweat, grease, and dust will accumulate on the keyboard deck inevitably unless using a separate keyboard.

Our choice of cleaning solution is 91% isopropyl alcohol. Lenovo has been using hard plastic to build their laptop exteriors for a long time, and hard plastic does not do too well with isopropyl alcohol.

Overtime the alcohol did wear down the exterior of the plastic, but of course did NOT eat through to the inside of the machine nor affect how it functions.

Repairs:

This device do not have any history of repairs.

Condition:

This device should work perfectly just like new right from the get go out the box with no issues. Small aesthetic damage has been created due to our cleaning solution mentioned above. To avoid driver bugs and software problems, please update Windows Updates, Nvidia graphics, and Lenovo Vantage or Legion Space to the latest version.

Refunds/Returns:

We follow Jawa's returns rule and do not accept returns past the 48 hour mark.

Any returns initiated within 48 hours after arrival to the customer's shipping address would be accepted and refunded at full price with exceptions:

-No damage should be found externally and/or internally upon the original item's arrival -Cannot be missing an item from the original package; (listed at bottom of page) -Cannot be sprayed with anti fingerprint powders or any powder to "mask" external damages -Cannot have different hardware internally from the original package

We do not accept returns if the above policy is not complied with.

2 day buyer protection window starts when the shipment arrives to the customers shipping address.

If a customer wants to return a item with no issues, he or she should:

Record from the moment the shipment arrive with a source of date and time to the end the whole un-packaging process.
