This is the Logitech K380 keyboard. Used for a while for its portability and device switching. This keyboard functions with no issues. It’s a multi-device wireless keyboard that allows you to switch between various devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and more. Connect with up to three Bluetooth-enabled devices simultaneously and switch instantly between them.

The back of the keyboard has some cosmetic imperfections, including minor scratches and wear and tear. (See image 2) The order comes with just the keyboard, and it will be wiped/sanitized. New batteries are included in the device.
