MSI GeForce RTX 3090 GAMING X TRIO Used card, no original packaging. Works great, quite clean, zero issues. Fan cooler works great, no modifications done. Has worked perfectly in every benchmark and game I've tossed at it over the years.
I didn't do any extensive noise testing, but I didn't notice anything egregious on that front myself.
