For sale is a used EK 3090 FE Special Edition Water Block. It has signs of use and some of the nickel plating has worn off. It was pulled working and cleaned of coolant residue but not leak tested (you should probably do this before running coolant) and the o-rings may need some greasing. It comes with all screws and hardware and the used pads, though I recommend replacing all the thermal pads. Comes in original box.
