I purchased this GPU about 6 months ago from NewEgg, it's still in very good condition with the only blemish being on the backplate from trying to push in the PCIe tab release. It's the Windforce V2 model, it comes with the box and all the original accessories like the 12vhpwr adapter and bracket.
