This card was just pulled from my secondary machine, it is fully functional! Tested with above 98% framerate stability in 3DMark Port Royal stress test prior to pulling.
Comparing this card to an RTX3000 series, it falls 17% faster than an RTX 3060, and 7% slower than an RTX 3060 Ti. Comparing this card to an AMD Radeon RX6000 series, it falls directly between an RX 6600 XT and an RX 6700 in pure rasterization, but with the obvious added benefits of DLSS, faster RT performance, and NVENC encoding for streaming.
Card has one minor imperfection; the plastic shroud holding the fans in place has one plastic clip snapped. The fans do not rub, grind, or make any excessive noise - in fact this does not affect the card at all - but since it exists, it must be disclosed!
