The Video Card is working and still has its original box and packaging, with the expectation of an antistatic bag. I had another, which is included. Also included is the Z Bar anti-sag bracket. This is a big video card, so please ensure you have a computer case that can accommodate it. I have an Antec Performance P20c, and it fits fine.
