This is an open box item in Like New condition that has been thoroughly tested to ensure functionality. It includes all the original accessories and packaging. The only quirk with this mouse is for whatever reason the battery level does not properly reflect in the Logitech G Suite - but I have confirmed the battery holds charge, charges, and discharges identically to a new unit.
