Description from Seller
I bought both these power supplies new and they both ended up being defective. One of them doesn't turn on and the other flickers rapidly with the popping sound but can't turn the PC on. I'm listing these cheap because I need reviews. If you buy this, please leave a positive review no returns no matter what
