This graphics card powers but there was a small amount of smoke when it was powered on. No further testing was done and the system was shut down immediately after.

This was tested in a working environment with an MSI X299 Gaming Carbon Pro, Intel Core i7-7800X, 2x4GB DDR4-2400MHz, and an EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 P+ 1300W PSU.
