This Gpu does power on and function but if any load is applied it causes a black screen and when you reset the system it works normally again the only true way i have gotten it to function was to set the power limit to -10 on the AMD Adrenaline software i don't know what's fully wrong with this gpu as i haven't had the time to fully dive into it. I did however repaste it and cleaned it up.
