Description from Seller
This item is for sale as-is FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY.
This GPU powers on but does not POST or display in a working environment. The RGB lighting displays, the core gets hot, and the fans spin.
We tested this in a system that has an Elmor Labs Power Measurement Device and it states that this GPU draws 50-75W of power while powered on and the motherboard Debug LED stops at code "b2" and does not get any further.
This was tested in an MSI X299 Gaming Carbon Pro with an Intel Core i7-7800X, 2x4GB DDR4-2400MHz, and an EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 P+ 1300W Desktop PSU.
Comes as pictured.
