Motherboard and CPU are tested working. Combo posts and loads to windows just fine.

• CPU Is locked to 800MHz compared to its advertised 2.20GHz. CPU thinks it is thermal throttling despite temperatures being in the mid 30's
• This is fixable, once in windows, with a program. But must be turned on every bootup. (Throttlestop)
• It is otherwise fully functional with all ports and memory lanes working perfectly fine.
• motherboard is updated to the latest bios from the MSI site.
• IO Shield, Motherboard and CPU only

Glad to answer any questions!
