Motherboard and CPU are tested working. Combo posts and loads to windows just fine.
- CPU Is locked to 800MHz compared to its advertised 2.20GHz. CPU thinks it is thermal throttling despite temperatures being in the mid 30's
- This is fixable, once in windows, with a program. But must be turned on every bootup. (Throttlestop)
- It is otherwise fully functional with all ports and memory lanes working perfectly fine.
- motherboard is updated to the latest bios from the MSI site.
- IO Shield, Motherboard and CPU only
