Had about 2 years of usage on this beast of a laptop. I'm an illustrator and a gamer, so the screen resolution being at 1440p is dream. It also helps that the 3070 can run triple AAA game titles pretty smoothly while running every indie title at the highest resolution available. 165hz refresh rate on a laptop definitely has it's caveats, making the butter smooth visuals that much better. However, dropping the frame rate a bit and editing on the go will give you a longer battery life. The Asus Armory program is a solid place to make those profile switches, and also gives you access to some overclocking options on the GPU! RAM is solid at 16gb, but can be upgraded easily just by removing a few screws from the back!

The larger trackpad is definitely a plus for your workflow, however, it's an easy two keystroke to turn it off in case you're plugging in an external mouse. I was recently laid off and don't have a need for a light powerhouse to take around with me. Would definitely recommend for anyone that is trying to downsize their daily driver without sacrificing performance.
