BAD RAM Slot 1
The First RAM slot on the motherboard is bad and won't boot with RAM in it. If you put RAM in just slot 2, it boots into Windows and works that way. The IO shield is a bit bent, but still works. you could probably use some pliers and bend it back.
Everything else works, and both of the 2 crucial RAM sticks were tested in a different motherboard and Work just fine, it's the slot on the motherboard that is bad.
