Motherboard, RAM, CPU, combo. One thing to note about this motherboard is that it has a missing RAM clip. The slot still works to hold RAM in place and functions as normal, but you may want to just use the other slots, as the RAM might come loose and fall out.
Other than the one RAM clip, everything works and functions as normal. The I3 is a bit slow. to boot with all 4 slots of 32GB RAM, but once in Windows, it's just fine.
