Keyboard sometimes doesn’t work. I have tried everything on my own. Sometimes disconnecting the cable from the keyboard and plugging back in works but then stops working after some time. Keyboard has never been used wireless as it’s always been connected through a cable. From what I can tell, there are no issues with the mouse. Batteries will not be supplied and USB dongles for keyboard and mouse are included for BT feature.
