(Important Note: USB-C cable required with adapter, this bundle doesn't include one)
Yeah, so I got these GameCube controllers for a while now out of nostalgia and I feel like that I'm not gonna use them a lot for what I'm currently playing right now. It doesn't mean that they're bad, they're great in terms of feel and function. It's just that I originally bought them and this adapter mostly for emulation on my PC. However, my PC doesn't run emulation that well for some reason, it works for standalone projects like SM64 Co-op Deluxe and Sonic Unleashed Recompiled. Certain emulators like Dolphin, Xemu for the OG Xbox, and PCSX2 don't work specifically for my PC no matter what settings I use. This works perfectly on my Nintendo Switch though, especially on Smash Ultimate, but this doesn't apply to some of the other games I have in my Nintendo library like the open world Zelda games for instance due to the limitations of the GameCube controllers. Honestly, I'm not much of a competitive or at least constant Smash player, so I'm gonna sell it to someone who's gonna make much more use of the products in this bundle and knows to make them work better on certain hardware than I do. I already tested both of these controllers on Switch and PC in XInput mode for the latter and they work just fine. The only adjustments I made were lubing the springs inside the triggers along with other related parts, more lube on the d-pad, replacing the membrane pads on the Smash Black Ultimate with ones from Battle Beaver, and the removal of the metal braces for the triggers inside the Orange one. I still have the original membrane pads of the Smash Black Ultimate and the metal braces originating from the Orange controller. I'm gonna add them along with some compatible screwdrivers if you want tinker around with the feel of them and customize them to your preference. I also tested out the adapter and it works on both my Switch and PC, the latter I have to put in XInput mode. So if you want the Lossless Adapter without waiting too long and not wanting to deal with tariffs, this one of the few chances to get one somewhat immediately. The adapter came with a manual describing how it works, so I'm throwing it in as well. I'm not gonna sell them separately because I'm lazy, so I'm putting them all in one package. The reason why this is expensive because these controllers cost around $60 each while the adapter with shipping into consideration cost me around 45 Euros, which is around $50 in USD. The Battle Beaver membrane pads cost me around $18 and I honestly don't remember how much I paid for these screwdrivers so I rounded it off to the price I'm currently showing. I currently use an iPhone 8 Plus and I know the camera quality isn't up to today's standards, but I promise that the plastic rubber on the controls sticks are in excellent condition, no wear and tear ever since I got them.
