GPU was pulled from a Dell Precision workstation, sourced from a software company office liquidation.

SSD's on system had low hours of power-on time, roughly 50 hours. GPU preformed as-expected. Considering the low system hours, is as close to a "new" condition as you can get.

Comes with the original 90 degree 12VHPWR to 3x8pin PCI-E GPU Power adapter.

Note - this GPU was originally designed for OEM applications. It has a cooling shroud on the mobo-side that might interfere if your motherboard has large heatsinks.
