Brand new: This is brand new with all the original packaging and accessories. It's 'Open Box' because I opened the box, but I've never taken it out of the box, so it's basically new and in mint condition. The furthest it's been out of the box is just the part I angled up for the photo (see photos) that shows the cold plate, which (hopefully) you can see is still in the original clear plastic protective shell thing and still has the factory applied thermal paste on it.

Pricing: I think this is a good price. It should be well below market, but feel free to make an offer!
