if you buy choose UPS we have had to many lost packages through USPS

When we bought this it was on a water block, and to get it to the point where it was user-friendly, we had to buy an air cooler. This was a process in itself we bought 3 to get one that was in acceptable condition. The cooler cost alone was $300 it has all factory spec new thermal pads and thermal grizzly paste, and all factory spec screws. Finding this info took quite a lot of research. 1. We take parts in on trade sometimes or buy them used. We benchmark them and make sure they are fully functional as if they are new. If they do not need to be taken apart and repasted, we do not do that work as it would just make the part cost more for the customer
