I used this combo for about a year. Replaced it before the voltage limit BIOS updates were released.
The 13900k was always set to manual Intel spec limits with a fixed lower than limit voltage and a slight undervolt as well to keep temps and voltages down.
ILM replaced with Thermal Grizzly Contact Frame for proper mounting pressure and torqued to specs for proper mounting pressure and better thermals.
Will ship in original motherboard box. Original box for the 13900k will be included. No RAM included.
