This is an open box item in Used, Like New condition that has been thoroughly tested to ensure functionality. This cooler will require thermal paste, as the pre-applied paste has been removed. It includes all the original accessories and (most of) the packaging. Will add an instapak to prevent movement of this in shipping.

Please note that this is only a 120mm cooler and may not be sufficient for higher clocked CPUs - if you intend to overclock, this is not the cooler for you.
