This is an RTX 2070 SUPER that I bought for $140 on Ebay advertised as working. It does provide a display on all ports, but the gpu fails under load. No signs of physical damage on the card.
OCCT can't find any errors and I've spent 36 hours trying to fix it to no avail. If you can fix it, then you just nabbed yourself a $70 RTX 2070S!
