I bought this from my local marketplace about a month ago, upon benchmarking I found that the temps quickly climb to above 80C, with the card pulling about 400W, and fans ramp to 85%. I opened up the card and found the thermal paste and pads hardened, so I ordered a replacement kit from Kritikal Pads and used Arctic MX-6 for the core. Unfortunately, this made things a little better, but the card still reaches above 80C. I let this card run for a few hours under these conditions and there were no issues with display, no artifacting, and no shutdowns.

I tried a moderate undervolt on MSI Afterburner and got max wattage pulled to about 270, and this did calm down the temps significantly to lower 70's. I highly recommend running this card with an undervolt or just reduce power slider on Afterburner. Memory junction and hotspot temps are completely normal on this card, they sit at or under 80C.
