This GPU powers on, displays, and the fans spin but it is not functioning properly.
When Windows 10 NVIDIA drivers for this GPU were installed while this card was in the system that we used to test it, it started artifacting.
Windows 10 Device Manager stops this card because it is not functioning properly (Code 43.)
