Was able to grab this one locally for a good price, GPU is like brand new and seller I bought from was first owner according to him. After reviewing the card I believe it, mint condition. Tested as well and it performs amazing and temps were at under 65 Celsius while playing at 4k for a few minutes which is perfect.

Might use it for one of my builds but I won't be able to put something together till end of February with it so if you want to grab it is all yours.
