Gently Used like new high quality fully modular PSU from MSI. The a1000g is a 1000w updated powers supply that is PCIE 5.0 and ATX 3.0 ready. This is an incredible power supply with great capacitors and more than enough to power almost any gaming rig. This thing never came anywhere near full load or made a peep with my 7900xtx/7950x setup. I am only passing it along as I just built a showcase water cooled rig and A) the black didn’t match the color of the build and B) I moved onto the lian li edge psu as I built in a dual chamber hyte y70 and wanted to try out that new form factor.

This power supply was never pushed hard ever in the year I had it. In a case with bottom mesh so the fan was pointed downwards negating any attempt for environmental dust to be sucked into it. It’s super clean.

It comes with all the original cables which are really nicely shielded and the 2 12vhpwr cables are nicely sleeved. It comes with more sata and molex cables than any psu I’ve ever seen. Also a nice feature for AMD GPU owners. I am not making this claim in all certainty, take this statement at your own risk but one of the 12vhpwr cables splits to 2x 8pin connectors. Conventionally I believe it’s meant to go to an Nvidia gpu and the two 8 pin connectors back to the psu if you don’t need the 600 watts provided by the 12vhpwr output on the psu. That being said I used it in reverse on my AMD 7900xtx. The 7900xtx has 3x 8pin connectors. This meant I was able to run the 12vhpwr cable from the 12vhpwr port on psu and plug the 2x 8 pins into my gpu and then I only had to run 1 more 8 pin pcie cable to the gpu. This freed up all of the other ports on the psu allowing me to utilize every cable and ensured I had every amount of sata/molex/pcie/cpu connections I needed rather than my GPU taking up 3 of the 8 pin ports on the psu. IN MY EXPERIENCE with this psu and the provided 12vhpwr to 2x 8 pin cable you can run it in reverse for an amd gpu. Do this at your own risk

I use this disclaimer because there are disagreements all over the internet if this is ok. My 7900xtx pulled 4-450 watts maximum and there was never an issue with this configuration.

Sleep easy. As MSI honors warranties on resold power supplies. Without the purchase receipt they simply warranty it based on the manufacture date via the serial number. I purchased this in 2023 and the psu was manufactured in 2022 meaning you still have 8 years of manufacturer warranty.
