Here we have a very special eGPU enclosure that is pretty rare - it's a PowerColor Gaming Station Thunderbolt 3 enclosure. This has a 550W Power Supply which can support GPUs up to a 4070 Ti Super - I wouldn't go much higher than that as you will be limited on bandwidth as it is.

Not only does it have several USB 3.0 ports, but it has gigabit networking and 87W Power Delivery over the Thunderbolt 3 cable.

I have tested this with laptops, gaming handhelds (USB4 compatible) - works great and was used for my living room TV with my Lenovo Legion Go.
