COMES WITH I/O SHIELD AND MOTHERBOARD ONLY I bought this new and has been lightly used. Normal wear to the board, good condition. This was a known working board and I just took it out of the old PC, took photo's, then repackaged it. I noticed a little bit of thermal paste on the left side of the pins, which doesn't hurt the board but that's what is there.
