Was working well, before I upgraded to my new GPU a couple days ago. Never overclocked. Never used for mining. Just games. I haven't added new thermal paste in it, and gave it a quick air blast to clean the dust off.
I also found a screw in the GPU, it is in the last picture. Not sure if it's from the gpu or something else in my computer. I'm going to ship it with the GPU.
