Card was used for less than 1 hour in systems designated for development at the company I work for. It was pulled out of the system after it was decided they wouldn't work for our needs and went into storage. The card has been tested for function and all video outputs work. Please take note that this is a VR edition 980ti.  So one of the HDMI ports is on the front of the closer to the blower fan.

This 1080 Ti has issues with artifacts and is likely on its way out if not repaired soon by someone who is skilled at small component repair and GPU internals.

This GPU has also had some temperature issues in our time with it.

The fans on the GPU are new replacements and in perfect condition.

The GPU shroud has a broken screw post seen in photo two, as well as a missing one on the opposite side, seen in the same photo.

If it can be adequately repaired, this GPU would be solid for a budget or mid-range build.

The original box is included, as well as both 2x 6-pin to 8-pin adapters, and original accessories/drivers disc. There is some damage to both the outer and inner box but it is in usable condition. There is also some sticker residue and tape on the original box.

The GPU is packaged in an anti-ESD bag.

We obtained this GPU secondhand and do not know its full history.
