This is a brand new ASRock Phantom Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT 20GB OC graphics card. I received it as a replacement for an RMA due to a failing power supply that took some components with it while dying. The GPU has only been opened to be tested to ensure its working properly. The card works without issue as expected considering ASRock does not do repairs but rather only replaces with a new card. If you're looking for a good performing card in 1440p @144hz in rasterized gaming on a budget. Then you found it. Also capable of light ray tracing workloads, mostly in AMD sponsored titles. The card also runs 4k @ 60hz just fine in most modern games. If you're looking for high ray tracing performance in all games then I'd advise you search for an Nvidia card. You will not be happy with this card's performance in modern games more demanding ray tracing. The card manufacturer suggests a 750w power supply with two 8-pin connectors . I've never listed on this site but I assume there is a way to ask questions.
