This GPU came from the original owner. It was very dusty but works fine. I did clean some of the dust and changed the thermal paste. However, you may want to clean it further to make it considered refurbished.

It passed my stress test with good temperatures.

This is the black version of the evga, so it does not come with a backplate as you might see in the original version.
