You are looking at a USED AMD PowerColor Radeon HD 4850 512MB DDR3 Discreet Graphics Card.

This card also came from a lot of four GPUs, of which I've cleaned, repasted, and stress-tested. I also ran this card for a time on a rig that securely erased old HDDs.

According to TechPowerUp, it's more powerful than a NVidia 9800 GT (HD 6670), but slightly less powerful than a GTS 250 (HD 5750). I've posted link to a benchmark video testing some current year titles, though the test setup is a bit unrealistic in an everyday use case (it's paired with a Ryzen 5 5600X and 8-16GB DDR3/DDR4 RAM), it should give you a fair idea on what to expect.
