- You can return any new computer purchased from DepxTech that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, and you can request a return within 7 days and receive a full refund. The customer must bear the postage for returning a used or unopened computer (refunds do not include service fees and tips). DepxTech reserves the right to test "arrival damaged" returns and will charge the customer a fee equal to 20% of the product's sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. For computers that have been opened and used, a 20% depreciation fee will be deducted if returned within seven days. Any computer damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or unsaleable due to customer tampering will be subject to market price minus the missing or damaged parts.
