It's been used HEAVILY, but The only thing wrong so far is the thermal paste tends to leave the die causing it to overheat and may need to be re-applied every year or so. Other than that the card runs great handling most games as it should. I'm overall extremely happy with this card, it's just gotten outdated and my use case no longer fits.
