In superb condition. Served me faithfully for about 2 years (I have upgraded) and my brother for about 2 years before that. This card is great for 2D 1080p gaming and creative applications. It does VR pretty well, too, maintaining a fairly stable 30fps even in simulation games. It handles some processes better than my newer 40-series card! It is also very energy efficient compared to 30 and 40-series cards and quiet as well. If I could have SLI'd this card, I would have just picked up another one.
