Stopped gaming and no longer need my pc. This is an ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-e gaming motherboard with an Intel i9-9900k CPU installed. 
Comes wrapped in an anti static bag and has been kept in the box since we moved. Manual and cd, SLI bridge, and vrm fan also included.

Ryzen 9 7900 

The non x variant is a versatile cpu when under stock settings it only has a 65watt tdp still reaching speeds of 5.4ghz! But with pbo enabled it runs like a 7900X so that makes this great cpu all around but is very handy for applications where you have limited cooling capacity like a small form factor build! 

This processor is being sold as open box it was originally purchased in bulk so there is no retail box. But it is new I opened it from its factory packaging and benchmarked it on cinnebench r23 just to get a baseline and ensure that it was working properly! There is a picture of the benchmark in the listing. Also just wanted to say I didn’t do any extensive testing better scores should be possible all I did was enable pbo and run it. 

I’m including a Noctua NH-L9a-am5 low profile cooler with it. Noctua makes great fans and coolers and this is a very good low profile cooler. Though I will say if you plan on running this maxed out overclocked you should probably go with somthing more substantial. But as long as your running with stock setting or even just regular pbo with out really pushing the cpu this seems to work fine. It didn’t thermal throttle for me at all during benchmarking with pbo enabled. The cooler is clean and in like new condition comes with am5 mounting hardware but does not have the retail box!

Used condition, never had any problems with it. 3500Mhz base clock. I only ever used Ryzen Master to over clock this CPU. I used with with a Deep Cool 360 AIO, and never had any issues. Works fine, pins are fine.
