These are take-offs from Arctic AIO Radiators. They are non-ARGB fans. The model is P14 and they are PWM fans. The fan connectors are short owing to the way they are interconnected on the radiators. They are 140mm fans.
You'll need some fan extension cables. These can be purchased cheaply on Amazon from a variety of vendors.
