This card was included in a system that I bought recently.  The guy said that he could not make the driver work.  Otherwise, it appeared find in Windows.

I figured he did not know what he was talking about, so I put it in my personal system.  Now it has green artifacts and in fact it will not let you install the driver.

In device manager it says device has been stopped.  GPUz shows 0mhz.

So, something is wrong.  I have not attempted to open the card or flash the bios.  

Sold as is.  I am sure an experienced board level tech can make it work.  I have seen this issue on other cards and often it is a bad memory chip (or more).
