"Battle-worn" Cerakoted Gunmetal Graystudio Space65 R3 Keyboard
This listing is for a cerakoted Graystudio Space65 R3 Hotswappable keyboard with Badseed Tactiles R1 switches. This is an enthusiast level board and considered "endgame" for quite a few folks in the hobby. Over the past year this has been my hobby board and has been rebuilt more than a handful of times. As a result, there are lots of signs of use on most of the components including the plate, PCB, foams, etc. This however does not impact the overall functionality of the board. Overall this board has been well loved and was one of my favorites in my mechanical keyboards collection. The switches will be pre-installed, just throw on your favorite keycaps and you'll be ready to go!
The following specs of this build are:
-
Graystudio Space65 65% keyboard
-
Cerakoted chassis in "Gunmetal" H-219 color
-
Left side RGB with diffuser (pictured)
-
1.2mm Flex-cut PCB with FR4 Plate (Flex-cuts have been taped for fuller sound)
-
Plate and case foam
-
Lubed, holee modded, and tuned Durock V2 stabilizers (205g0 on the housings and dielectric grease on the wires)
-
68 count of Badseed Tactile R1 switches (factory lubed)
This keyboard was originally purchased during the group buy phase for $385 + shipping and was originally in the color 'Darth Vader.' A few months later, I ended up getting the chassis cerakoted at a gun shop. A cerakote is a ceramic based finish that not only changed the color of the board, but also adds both smudge and scratch resistance. The color is Gunmetal grey and the coating was intentionally applied unevenly to give the board a more "battle-worn" look. Unfortunately there was some trauma caused to the chassis during transportation between shop to shop and there are some small dings and other imperfections on the board that can be seen when observed closely. The black weight and silver middle plates were not cerakoted.
**Includes original boxes, accessories (no PE sheet), and extras that came with the keyboard kit (not pictured)
**Listing DOES NOT include USB-C cable, keycaps, or a carrying case
