This GPU is around 3 years old from the time of selling. It has been used with varying frequencies. Sometimes everyday for a couple of weeks, sometimes it would sit idle for months on end. I've only used it for playing games. It's still a capable GPU considering you stick to older AAA titles at 1080p.

I re-pasted the card and cleaned it out before listing it here. Temps hover around 65C on full load, keep in my this depends on your case, cooling configuration, where you live, etc.

I posted a Unigine Heaven benchmark score to show that the GPU does perform within expectations.

Keep in mind that the fans are pretty loud but they get the job done.
