Comes with the cable, dongle, USB receiver, and its original box. In the pictures i cleaned it before packaging it back up.
Its a great keyboard, is just i lost its use of extra buttons having a mouse and art tablet with many extra button shortcuts. Also i found a newer quieter keyboard thats also low profile, my sensitive ears.
