Bought this graphics card a year ago in 2023 from a seller on another site, the GPU was practically like new with no cosmetic damage nor bad performance. Been using this in many games and in daily tasks but mostly gaming. Was used in games such as Fortnite, The Finals, Red Dead Redemption 2, Persona, Spider-Man Remastered, and the card worked well in all of these titles at medium to high settings for 1080p or 1440p resolutions. Recommended PSU for this card is a 700W PSU but I've been using a 650W PSU with it and I've not run across issues with it whatsoever.
