Yes, it works, but it can be touchy. Do not buy this unless you're ready to fiddle around with voltages and clock speeds to get it stable. It's listed "as is/for parts" for this reason, but it's no different than any other working QVYE chip.
That said, if you want a cheap 11th gen i9 and have the patience to get it running smoothly, then this is a fine CPU.
