Works great, only selling as I upgraded. Cpu is delidded and a copper ihs is included. I can leave ihs not attached or apply rtv sealant to make ihs stay if desired. It was delidded to provide direct die cooling only overclock applied was 4.7ghz. Cpu is great for a gaming or workstation build.
