This CPU is in great condition. I purchased this new from Amazon and I have owned this product for around 3 years. There are no scratches, dents or defects whatsoever. (there is a small amount of leftover thermal paste on the CPU. This will not be an issue as this stuff tends to happen when you apply thermal paste. CPU has been strictly used for gaming while being cooled by a Noctua NH-D15. You will need to supply your own cooler as this does not come with one.
