It has a 10 Year Warranty, and I do not remember registering it when I got it. However, I cannot guarantee though that it hasn't been registered, because it was 2 years ago after all.
It comes with all parts and cables/connectors that originally came with it new. However, I couldn't find one SATA x3 cable, so that has been replaced with a 3x cable from the EVGA SuperNOVA 750 GM SFX. It's essentially the same thing, but with a mesh cable sleeve and it is shorter.
This is a great PSU, but I have changed to ITX builds and no longer need the ATX size.
